For more than 15 years, Marcelle Medina-Smester has supported children and their families in a variety of roles, always guided by a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. She has worked across home, school, and community settings to reduce challenging behaviors, build adaptive skills, and enhance quality of life. As Founder of Paper Airplane Behavioral Services and Director of Clinical and Homeschool Services, Marcelle continues to combine her expertise with a personal dedication to helping each child reach their fullest potential.
